They pick a 15-minute slot to chat directly with Chris.
It’s an easy, informal conversation to learn about their goals and challenges, no pressure, no pushy sales pitch.
3️⃣ Discovery Form (Quality Control)
If the fit looks good, we ask them to complete our quick Discovery Form.
This helps filter out timewasters and ensures we only invest time in serious businesses who genuinely want growth.
4️⃣ We Create a 20-30 Minute Video Audit
We produce a fully bespoke audit video showing their current search performance, missed opportunities, traffic growth potential and how those opportunities can turn into real sales. This audit is recorded by Chris personally and sent to them with clear next steps.
5️⃣ Proposal & Signup
If they love what they see and decide to work with us, we onboard them, take the first month’s payment and start their campaign immediately.

Can I refer multiple businesses?
Yes, there’s no limit. We’ll pay for every successful referral that becomes a client.
When do I get paid?
After the referred client’s second monthly invoice has been received in full.
Do I need to be a client myself?
No – anyone can refer businesses to us.
What if the client cancels early?
If they don’t make the second payment, we don’t issue the referral fee.
Once that payment clears, your commission is guaranteed.
How do you track referrals?
We’ll record each introduction you make. Then you will be sent a personalised link to follow the progress of your introduction at each stage. You can email the details to referrals@brandthatname.com or mention your name when sending the link. A referrer name is required to book a call with us and start the process, so don’t worry about us missing a referral!
